At Mon Amour, we understand that schedules can change and that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure that we can satisfy all of our erotic massage parlour’s clients, we have developed an appointment cancellation policy that helps us manage our schedule efficiently:

• Cancellation window
  
  • If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time, either by phone or e-mail. There is no charge for cancellations.
• Late arrivals
  
  • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of their appointment will be considered a no-show.
• No-show policy
  
  • Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be considered a cancellation. Repeated no-shows may prevent you from scheduling future appointments. There is no charge for a no-show.
• Rescheduling
  
  • We’re happy to help you reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time, provided you notify us at least 1 hour before the original start time. There is no fee for rescheduling.
• Emergency exceptions
